Why You Don’t Know What You Want - And How to Find Out
Marcia Baczynski (she/her)
Do you ever feel unsure of what you really want? You’re not alone. In this 90-minute, curiosity-fueled workshop, we’ll unpack what it actually means to “know what you want,” how social and sexual mimicry sneak into our desires, and how to find your authentic yes (and no) again. Expect lively discussion, embodied exercises, and new tools to help you navigate desire—both inside and outside the bedroom.

Grieving Queer
Melissa Delizia (she/they) + Lauren Carroll (she/her)
A condensed version of La Mort’s certificate program focused on Queer and Trans death, dying, and grief. This workshop will go over end of life planning specific to LGBTQ+ populations and inclusive deathcare practices and ritual and ceremony for LGBTQ+ communities.
Dr. Melissa Delizia is a social worker, writer, and educator whose work centers transgender and queer experiences of death, dying, and grief. They teach death education through La Mort and host community-centered workshops and events that nurture connection, care, and collective healing around grief, identity, and belonging.

Lauren Carroll, co-founder of La Mort, is a Death Educator & Past Funeral Director who is passionate about weaving community and family back into the death space. Her work centers around re-aligning our culture with Mother Earth, Death, and helping humans remember how to love one another. She is a former board member for the National Home Funeral Alliance and co-founded The Deathwives.

Seduce Your Lover
Marla Renee Stewart (she/her)
Known as the Seduction Learning Approach©, this approach combines academic learning techniques with somatic sexual techniques to teach people how to communicate in effective ways using their erotic intention. We will combine the Seduction Learning Approach© and our personal Love Languages to navigate our prioritized relationships. This highly interactive workshop will teach you how to know if someone’s interested in you, how you can be a better communicator in everyday life and ultimately, how you can get what you want when you want it through the recognition of your own sexual power.
Marla Renee Stewart, MA, CSE is an award-winning sexologist, author, and sexual strategist who runs her own sexuality education company, Velvet Lips, and is also a Co-Founder of the Sex Down South Conference. Building Emotional Resilience

A 90-minute embodied experience for expanding resiliency and emotional-regulation pathways on our polyamorous and non-monogamous (ENM) journeys.
Navigating polyamory and ENM invites incredible growth—but also big feelings. This workshop offers a grounded, experiential space to build the emotional toolkit you actually need for a more connected, resilient, and self-regulated journey.

Marriage offers instant legal privileges and protections, securing couples and families. Unmarried partners and non-nuclear families lack these automatic benefits, risking their ability to make medical decisions for each other, spend time with non-biological children in the event of a relationship dissolution, or keep their home if a partner dies. In this workshop, you’ll learn what legal safeguards exist for non-traditional families and how you can start the process of legally protecting your family.

Transforming the Shame Triangle

In this workshop, you will be guided through the Transforming the Shame Triangle model, which shows how the Inner Critic, Shame, and Escaper parts form a persistent underlying pattern that keeps us stuck in self-judgment, avoidance, and disconnection from ourselves and others. you’ll learn how this pattern shows up through perfectionism, people-pleasing, numbing, or blaming, and how it can be transformed into the Self-Love Triangle through unblending and mapping your own inner system.

Jessica Fern is a best-selling author and integrative therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting relational and personal transformation. Her work draws on conflict transformation, trauma therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and narrative approaches, attachment theory, and spiritual and shamanic counseling traditions.

Many people arrive at non-monogamy by accident, or as the end of a pattern of exploration. This workshop provides an overview of the Intentional Polyamory framework—created to support individuals in building polyamorous relationships rooted in self-awareness, communication, and liberation. You’ll learn about the four pillars of Intentional Polyamory and how these core principles guide individuals in creating fulfilling and sustainable non-monogamous relationships. Understanding Shame

In this workshop, shame coach A.J. Bond will explore what shame is as an emotion, how it functions in our personal development and culture at large, and the causes that propagate toxic forms of shame. A.J. will also touch on some of the possible methods for working with and managing shame for more empowerment and pleasure.

Befriending Jealously
Dr. Joli Hamilton (she/her)
Does jealousy feel like the enemy? It's totally normal--jealousy brings up a huge set of messy emotions, and it pings all our attachment wounds. Jealousy is not the enemy, though, and it can actually bring you into a closer relationship with yourself and your partners. This workshop is designed to break down jealousy tropes and understand what to do when jealousy shows up in your life. (Hint: it's not just about asking for your needs to be met.) Whether it's yours, your partner's, or a friend's jealousy, you'll leave with more tools for working proactively with this complex emotion.

Releasing the Fear of Abandonment: A Somatic Approach

Do you fear abandonment no matter how much your partner assures you that they won't leave? Do you wish to feel settled and truly enjoy your relationships without worrying that it won't last? Most people try to heal their abandonment wounds with cognitive techniques such as traditional therapy, journaling, and other mind-based strategies. Words and thoughts are often not enough to fully shift abandonment fears. The latest trauma research shows that the most effective way to heal abandonment trauma is through an embodied, somatic approach. In this somatic therapy-style workshop, you'll be gently and safely guided to engage your body in a process to start feeling some of the embodied shifts that are necessary to truly heal abandonment wounds. No previous somatic therapy experience is required.

The Role of Somatic Attachment in Relational Repair

When conflict arises, our nervous systems instinctively search for cues of safety and connection–but too often, unmet attachment needs and nervous system dysregulation get in the way. Without understanding what our bodies are truly longing for in these moments of relational distress, repair attempts can fall flat, leaving us feeling even more disconnected. Hierarchy in polyamory, and other nonmonogamous relationships, is a hot topic that invokes many different feelings and perspectives within our communities. It’s such a hot topic, that Marla has decided to stop using that language in their life and work - But we have to name the thing in order to discuss it and alternatives… So here we are! :)
In this workshop, we will:

Define ‘hierarchy’ in order to come to a mutual understanding about the terminology.

Identify the ways that hierarchy can carry over from the paradigm of mononormativity.

Queering Sex

Queering Sex is about gently welcoming in new beliefs about sex and intimacy, and creating intentional sex-positive containers for open exploration. This 90-minute hands-on workshop will help with embodying queerness as principle by offering ongoing practices that build comfort and safety between partners, and in solo journeys. By the end, you’ll have a solid set of exercises and affirmations to support with letting go of the default standards and narratives for sex and intimacy that block depth and connection. You’ll have go-to’s to somatically drop you into your authentic desires and release expectations around performance and outcomes.
