Everyone will start together in the main Zoom room where we will welcome you and go over the format briefly.
We will provide a question intended to help you get to know each other better and then we will separate the group out into breakout rooms where you can chat about the question for 6-8 minutes.
When time is up, we will bring the group back together, ask another question, and break off again.
Wash, rinse, repeat.

Feel free to join as a single person, couple, or more... If a couple wants to join individually, please sign up twice so you have a unique Zoom name.
We ask that you keep your video on and be in a decently lit room. It doesn’t have to be studio lighting but think about who you would want to talk to... A bright smiling face or a dark shadowy figure?
Be curious, ask questions, listen, and be supportive. If you find it getting quiet towards the end, ask one of the previous questions.
If you find yourself in an unsafe or uncomfortable situation, you can always leave the breakout room and return to the main room where we will be.
